For orders over 100 GBP we ship for free anywhere in Europe. We aim to get your order out as soon as possible; please note some orders can take up to 5-7 working days (excluding bank holidays) with standard shipping. You will receive a shipping notification when your order is on it's way.
We provide a tracking number via email with your shipping notification
Our customized items are made especially for you. From the moment of payment it takes up to 2 weeks to have the item made by our artisans, and another week to allow for shipping and delivery. We appreciate this might seem like a bit of waiting however please consider that it takes time and care to create something that is unique and made especially for you.
150 characters including spaces between words is the maximum number. The cost is of £4 for each character.
Refunds & Exchanges
Yes absolutely. You can cancel your order if your item is in stock within 14 days of your order being received at the delivery address. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your intention to cancel the order. You then have further 14 days from the moment we acknowledge your cancellation request to send us the item back Items returned must be unused, unworn, with labels still attached and in the same packaging. Please note this does not apply to customized items.
We can accept refunds on made to order items providing our refunds conditions are met however we cannot refund items that have been customized with engraving unless faulty. We do not refund customised orders unless faulty.
