Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for your order. We hope you will be delighted by your purchase however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of your order being received at the delivery address. Simply email us at email@example.com to inform us of your intention to cancel the order. You then have further 14 days from the moment we acknowledge your cancellation request to send us the item back.
Items returned must be unused, unworn, with labels still attached and in the same packaging.
Providing the above conditions are satisfied, we will issue a full refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products by Artementae Ltd.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 24 hrs from receiving back the item and will include shipping costs for faulty items only.
Please note that refunds might take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
In the event that we have sent goods to you and you have cancelled your order, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
We check all items for any faults before they are dispatched to our customers however, should you receive an item that is not in perfect conditions please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Damages due to wear and tear are not considered a fault of the item.
